Where is the BAC going to be held?

The Budapest Affiliate Conference will take place at the SYMA Exhibition Hall, H - 1146 Budapest, Dózsa Gyögy út 1, HUNGARY.

Will there be transport available to and from the SYMA Exhibition Hall?

Yes! The shuttle buses will be back...There will be two shuttles going from the official hotel, the Sofitel Budapest Chain Bridge to the SYMA Exhibition Hall every half an hour in the morning and then back again in the afternoon on Friday 11th and Saturday 12th September. Please see the timetable below.

Do I qualify as an affiliate?

Do I need my e-ticket?

To avoid queing or elongated adminstration processes, it is advised that you bring your e-ticket with you when registering. The e-ticket holds all your details that the BAC staff need to hand you your pass and wristband in order so you can enter the exhibition and conferences.
