John Samson

Founder, GamRep

John Samson is an online advertising expert and entrepreneur with over 5 years experience in the gaming industry. He has been involved in online customer acquisition and sales generation with B2C merchants from various sectors (Nissan, Skype, Sportingbet) with a focus on the French Market. His expertise includes search engine marketing (PPC, SEO), affiliate marketing (in-house and on 3rd party networks), media buying and email marketing.

He has founded Snoopy Agency Ltd, an online advertising agency specialized in the gaming industry, and has been advising operators on their media buy and affiliate marketing across Europe for more than four years. He recently launched GamRep (gaming affiliate representative), an advertising monetization service for mid-level and top gaming affiliates (poker and sports betting).

John Samson also writes articles for gaming publications (iGamingMagazine, IGA Magazine, iGaming Business Affiliate) and speaks regularly at industry events (EIG Barcelona, CAC Amsterdam, iGaming London). He holds a business degree from ESDES Lyon (France) after accomplishing his thesis in search engine marketing. Before joining the Internet industry, he worked as bouncer in Cork, chauffeur in Lyon, bagel-maker in Portland (Oregon), and handler at the London flower market.
