Focusing on meeting the unique needs of clients, Nicky has grown the company into an award-winning firm with 50 staff in 3 countries.

Recognizing affiliate marketing’s huge growth potential, Nicky has been driving this notable enterprise toward increased growth and profitability every year since its establishment. Her ability to work closely with clients to understand their environments, issues and required outcomes helped to shape two successful sister affiliate networks that are part of the Ecom Access company: igaming-focused Income Access and ecommerce-focused Share Results.
